100-150 Points Daily on DAX M5 ! Get Trained Join Today

Hi

Just to let everyone know that we have gone to the final stage of training. We are now training New/Novice to Old/Experienced traders in our live trading room.

We have moved from Skype Live Trading Room to Slack. (Though we still have Skype Room intact)

Skype vs Slack

  • We find #slack a better app, a better service.
  • Its available on PC / Mac / Apple Mobile Devices and Android Devices.
  • Moreover their is a downloadable platform/app available for #Slack
  • Compared to Skype, #Slack is much more robust and efficient.
  • Skype is clunky, old and recently having issues with sending messages.

Slack also allows us to create separate channels so we can separate DAX M5 and H1/H4/D1 Time frames.

Benefits of Joining:

1. How to become a more disciplined trader
2. How to learn to trade with a group of traders online every day.
3. Training progression from Stage 1-2-3 with support from fellow traders.

MAX MEMBERS LIMIT IS 100

BUT THERE ARE STILL AROUND 50 SPOTS AVAILABLE. HURRY BEFORE YOUR SPOT IS TAKEN.

SO DON'T DELAY JOIN TODAY.

DAX Report London Session 09 Jan 2018

Good Morning and G'day Everyone ...

Lets start this New Year and New Week of Trading

Today we looked at The DAX30 (German30) and found it to be trending strongly on the Hourly chart but towards a possible end of a trend on that time frame. The Daily chart shows it probably needs a 2-3 candles retrace. But that does not really help me with the time frame I wanted to trade.

Back on to the M1 chart and I found a setup. We talked about it in Skype group and took it. It took longer, Way longer than the usual. If each candle was to be considered as a D1 Chart candle it would have taken almost 8 weeks to complete. i.e. because it took 39 candles. i.e. 39 minutes. The patterns we see on the M1 chart and/or the D1 chart are LITERALLY the same. Its just a matter of "micro and macrocosm".

Here is today's Trade. Long with 10 SL and 2R target point i.e 10x2. 1R = 1 unit of Risk and 2R Profit = 2 Units of Profit. This then becomes a 1:2 RR trade. (risk / reward)

This method that we use gives us 33% winners, 33% break even trades and 33% losing trades. Now this isn't supposed to be always 33% for everything as you may well understand because these are the averages. But it should give you a good fair idea of what this method is capable of. Simply put, you'll grow your account by 6-7R i.e. 7% (@1% risk per trade) and 14% profit    per 20 trades. The T20 Principle is a Unique Powerful Technique of AIMS Stress Free Trading.

PO:
I saw a bigger box but I also saw 1. that its London Open and its possible it may breakout 2. Trend was UP
Entry and Move to Be by ATM (Thank you Steve of www.For-exe.com) ATM really makes it possible to trade this time frame. without this it would be alot harder.

BE:

Target Point Hit:  The fun part is that I went to drop my kids off to school. And before you ask why do I drop my kids mid london session, my reply is "this is what I live for".
So because the trade was in, and ATM was set all I had to do was to do nothing. So I did that and went to school. Came back and it had hit my Target Point. Happy Days...

Do I need to worry about Leverage or Margin?

Well, before we talk about leverage or margin and whether to use margin or not.

Let me address a rather more v.important aspect to this concept of trading, all of course, in my humble opinion.

None of the traders are ready for trading. That is why there are protections. I would consider myself lucky that I can find brokers who'd allow me trade a demo account with nearly the same prices and executions (executions really does not matter on the higher time frame though a pip above or below my po or SL is no issue there) Again, I'd like to stress on the fact that LEARNING TO TRADE CORRECTLY is a necessary requirement  before you decide to  trade a live account. Going for live account without first completing for instance 5 batches of T20 principle  would be, in my humble opinion, a very stupid and reckless thing to do. You'd rather give me your money.  :p

Trading is a skill that requires a lot of practice. Its a VERY lucrative skill but it requires practice. You must first make sure you have the following things.
1. A Trading Strategy which gives you an edge [aims methods have this covered]
2. Acquire an in depth understanding of the above.
3. Gain practical experience in the above.
4. Demo trade the strategy and maintain a discipline score for each trade and batch of 20 trades. Do at least 5 batches ( 5T20's)and maintain an average of 70% discipline score with none of the T20 batches less than 50% score (if a batch has less than 50% score, you might want to scratch that and repeat it).

This is a rough guide to How to become a Disciplined Trader.

I'd like to suggest that in order to become a profitable trader you have to follow at least 2 steps.
1. Learn to Trade using a demo account.
2. Learn to trade using a live account.

Not so difficult to understand is it? Just two steps. Now, by demo I don't mean that you open a trade here and there and close it haphazardly. The idea is to recreate an experience and environment that is similar to the actual but without the RISK of losing money.  This would give you that "stress free state of mind" the one that is "Risk Free".

If you have not yet been able to keep at least a demo account and remained "disciplined" you cannot move forward. We see many players doing net Practice and they look fantastic but they fail miserably when it comes to "matches". [cricket analogy]

Because during practice we lacked an important ingredient. FEAR/RISK. However to trade demo without Risk or FEAR factor is EXACTLY the purpose of Demo Trading. You want to perfect your skill so that it becomes "second nature". So, to become the best at what you do, you don't have to play as many matches as possible rather you practice as many hours as possible before you go for a match. So that you don't have to "think" what to do next during the live event, rather you KNOW exactly what to do without "thinking". Its your instinct.

[Are you telling me demo is waste of your time? then you don't believe in or does not understand the concept of Practice. And Yes, you have to write one beautiful Trading Plan, before you can trade, Else every trade will be classed as Zero Discipline Score]

I'm trying to help the members who connect with me through Skype, and the hunt section of the forum, to become profitable by first becoming disciplined traders. In a way i'm selling the idea but the intent is purely to help.

cheers and hope this helps a little...

ps: i don't care what leverage is there, its irrelevant until you have learned to trade correctly, you must first learn to trade. Just as I don't care how expensive is Formula 1 car, first I need to acquire the skill to be considered for driving one. And I don't have that skill so Formula 1 racing car is "of no value to me". Fun to watch though, those who can.

The 3 Month Challenge

Hi,

I'm just copying one of my posts in our forum. Thought I'll share this in public.

The Three Month Challenge

We are going through a three month challenge in our Skype Room.
This exercise involves sticking to our system for this period of time and keeping a record so that we can monitor our performance.

The Goal of The 3 month challenge is to achieve at least 90% discipline. We are NOT interested in how much money we make or lose. We are not interested in how many pips/points we make or lose. Our main objective is DS18/20. And we ought not do more than 1 T20 per week. so we are looking into 12 T20's.

[The T20 Principle eBook is available inside AIMSForum]

Trading is like any other business. You need to know how to run a business. If you want to run a successful trading business. This is your 3 months Course to work on your skills of running that business. The prime skill we are working on is Discipline.

We use the mechanism of T20 to measure the achievement of our objective.

Before you think of leaving the system/challenge, I want you to understand the above. Some of us may have left the challenge or others may not even started it, because they lost focus or misunderstood the objective of this exercise.

It will be harder to remain disciplined and keep trading "error free" with a system that generates more signals than the system that generates lesser number of signals. AIMS The HUNT is a highly successful trading system with 66% win rate. But it generates less number signals per week. This is a good thing for our purposes.

Tools that will help achieve this goal.

1. Journal Writing. Keep a detailed Journal about every trade you take. Make use of the PEERCED analysis.
[Explained in our Trading Plan 2016]

2. Record your trades in your journal utilising the T20 principle. Evaluate the result of every trade from three dimensions. a. was the entry setup correct b. was the trade managed correctly and c. did you follow correct risk and money management rules.

3. Join a group of traders who are doing the same thing. A group working towards a common goal makes life easier and people find easier to remain in control and disciplined. Trading is a lonely game, being surrounded by like minded people really helps.

4. Create a myfxbook account and share it with your group so that your performance can be criticised. The next time you take a trade, you will be aware that you will look like a fool when others find out you broke your rules.

Have a great weekend
